TTFIT Workouts 6/22/20 – 6/26/20

Monday, June 22nd – With a partner, one person working and one person resting, AMRAP in 25 minutes:  200 jump rope, 800 meter run, 75 alternating hang DB snatch, 800 meter run, 100 meter walking lunges.  Divide up rep however you choose, including the run distance. 


Tuesday, June 23rd – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds):  Min 1 – 12 shuttle runs (25 ft), Min 2 – 20 sit-ups, Min 3 – 12 wall balls


Wednesday, June 24th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 walking lunges, 15 DB hang cleans, 10 burpees to a plate


Thursday, June 25th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of hand release push-ups, box jumps,  DB shoulder press.  Once done with the round of 3, start back at 21 and keep working until the clock hits 20:00.


Friday, June 26th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  25/20 calorie bike, 25 second plank hold, 25 goblet squats, 25 KB swings
