TTFIT Workouts 6/29/20 – 7/3/20

Monday, June 29th – AMRAP in 27 minutes:  200 meter run, 27 air squats, 100 meter run, 17 hand release push-ups, 200 meter run, 27 ground to overhead with a plate, 100 meter run, 17 burpees
Tuesday, June 30th – EMOM x 8:  8 goblet squats + 8 KB swings.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 8: 8 DB push press + 8 box jumps/step-ups
Wednesday, July 1st – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  25-15-5 of:  Shuttle runs (25 ft), leg raises, calorie row.  Every 2 minutes, complete 12 walking lunges.  Start with lunges. If you make it through the set of 5, start back at 25 and continue working until the clock hits 20:00.
Thursday, July 2nd – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  10 single DB box step-ups, 20 alternating DB snatch, 200 meter run
Friday, July 3rd – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete 1000 meter run buy-in and then in remaining time AMRAP:  50 jump rope, 10 burpees to a plate, 25 sit-ups, 100 meter sprint.
