TTFIT Workouts 6/7/21 – 6/12/21

Monday, June 7th – With 25:00 on the clock, complete the buy-in in any order: 500/400 m ski, 50/35 calorie bike, 250 jump rope. Then, in remaining time AMRAP: 15 wall balls, 15 AbMat sit-ups, 15 one-arm DB snatches, 15/10 calorie ski or bike. 

Tuesday, June 8th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 20 second plank hold, 200/150 meter row, 20 walking lunges, 200/150 meter row, 20 box jumps/step-ups

Wednesday, June 9th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds): Min 1- 100 meter sprint, Min 2- 5 ring rows + 10 push-ups, Min 3- 10 burpees, Min 4- 15 DB hang cleans

Thursday, June 10th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 50 meter sled drag, 50 meter sled drag backwards, 50 hollow rocks, 100 meter run, 100 meter run backwards, 100 jump rope

Friday, June 11th – With 18 minutes on the clock, complete 100 air squats and 100 mountain climbers. In remaining time, AMRAP: :30s Ski, 10 leg raises, 10 shuttle sprints, 10 ground to overhead with a plate.
