Monday, June 8th – AMRAP in 25 minutes: 15/10 calorie bike, 15 KB goblet squats, 15 hand release push-ups, 15 sit-ups
Tuesday, June 9th – With 19 minutes on the clock, run 1000 meters and then AMRAP in remaining time: 10 DB step-ups w/ one DB, 10 dips, 30 second plank hold
Wednesday, June 10th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 10 burpees, 15 box jumps, 20 KB sumo deadlift high pulls, 15/10 calorie row, 10 alternating DB snatch
Thursday, June 11th – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 200 meter run, 100 meter DB farmers carry, 12 DB hang cleans, 24 hollow rocks
Friday, June 12th – EMOM x 25 (5 rounds): Min 1 – 40 jump rope, Min 2 – 15 leg raises, Min 3 – 15 KB swings, Min 4 – 100 meter sprint, Min 5 – 15 KB goblet squats,
