Monday, June 13th – With 8 minutes on the clock, complete 30 alternating DB snatch, 40 sit-ups, 50 air squats, then as many KB swings as possible in remaining time. Rest 2 minutes. With 8 minutes on the clock, complete 30 alternating DB snatch, 40 sit-ups, 50 air squats, then as many jump rope as possible in remaining time.
Tuesday, June 14th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 250 meter row, 5 burpees over the rower, 10 DB hang cleans, 15 hollow rocks.
Wednesday, June 15th – With 18 minutes on the clock, complete 21-15-9 of DB thrusters and push-ups. Once complete with set of 9 push-ups, then begin 9-15-21 of jumping squats and ground to overhead with a plate. If you make it through the second couplet, start back on the first couplet and continue working until time expires.
Thursday, June 16th – AMRAP in 27 minutes: 200 meter run, 20 DB deadlifts, 15 leg raises, 10 calorie bike, 15 supermans, 20 walking lunges, 200 meter row
Friday, June 17th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete 30-20-10 box jumps/step-ups and DB push press. Between each round, do a 50 meter farmers carry. Once complete with the farmers carry following the round of 10, AMRAP in remaining time of: 5 burpees, 25 mountain climbers, 10 burpees, 50 jump rope.
