TTFIT Workouts 6/20/16 -6/24/16

Monday, June 20th – EMOM x 18:  Minute 1 – 100 meter run, Minute 2 – 20 sit-ups, Minute 3 – 15 box jumps/step-ups

Tuesday, June 21st – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the following:  15 calorie row, 15 burpees, 12 calorie row, 12 burpees, 9 calorie row, 9 burpees.  Once finished with the round of 9, begin the following AMRAP in remaining time: 200 meter run with a med ball, 10 DB clean & jerks, 15 push-ups, 20 hollow rocks. 

Wednesday, June 22nd – With 22 minutes on the clock, perform the following:  50 meter walking lunge, 50 meter sprint, 50 meter farmer’s carry, 50 meter sprint, 50 meter walking lunge, 50 meter farmer’s carry.  Once finished with last farmer’s carry, begin the following AMRAP:  50 jump rope, 25 KB swings, 50 jump rope, 25 air squats. 

Thursday, June 23rd –  AMRAP in 23 minutes:  5 dips, 10 DB bench press, 15 leg raises, 20 DB deadlifts

Friday, June 24th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and so on…. of the following: DB push press, burpees, calorie bike, sit-ups, box jumps/step-ups.  Add three reps every round until time expires.
