TTFIT Workouts 6/25/18 – 6/29/18

Monday, June 25th – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 DB thrusters, 10 push-ups, 10 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minutes:  200 meter run, 8 DB thrusters, 8 push-ups, 8 calorie bike, 8 hollow rocks.

Tuesday, June 26th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  200 meter row, 7 burpees, 14 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate, 21 sit-ups

Wednesday, June 27th – With 24 minutes on the clock, 300 jump rope buy-in then, 30-20-10 DB hang cleans, mountain climbers, DB push press, leg raises.  Once finished, with remainder of time:  Max shuttle sprints.  Every 10 sprints, stop and do 5 push-ups.

Thursday, June 28th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  20 calorie bike, 20 alternating DB snatch, 15 pull-ups/ring rows, 15 ground to overhead with a plate, 10 DB bench press, 10 dips

Friday, June 29th – AMRAP in 11 minutes:  5 DB deadlifts, 18 jumping squats, 17 burpees.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 11 minutes:  5 calorie row, 18 KB swings, 17 Russian twists
