TTFIT Workouts 6/27/16 – 7/1/16

Monday, June 27th – With 23 minutes on the clock, complete 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 of calorie row, one arm DB snatch, hollow rocks.  Once complete with the last round of 5, begin AMRAP in remaining time of: 15 push-ups, 30 second plank hold , 45 jump rope. 

Tuesday, June 28th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  21 walking lunges, 15 leg raises, 9 burpees.

Wednesday, June 29th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  200 meter run, 12 DB deadlifts, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 18 sit-ups

Thursday, June 30th – With 28 minutes on the clock, complete 100 KB swings, 100 wall balls, 100 calorie row (partition the reps of these three movements however you choose).  Once complete with the 100s, begin AMRAP in remaining time of:  100 meter sprint, 5 dips, 10 DB floor press, 15 jumping squats.

Friday, July 1st – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  2 DB thrusters, 2 shuttle sprints, 4 DB thrusters, 4 shuttle sprints, 6 DB thrusters, 6 shuttle sprints….continue adding two each round until the clock hits 8:00.  Rest 2 minutes.  Then AMRAP in 8 minutes:  2 DB hang cleans, 2 burpees, 4 DB hang cleans, 4 burpees, 6 DB hang cleans, 6 burpees…continue adding two each round until time expires.
