TTFIT Workouts 7/12/21 – 7/16/21

Monday, July 12th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete three rounds of: 15 KB swings, 10 KB goblet squats, 5 burpees. Then in remaining time, AMRAP: 100 meter run, 10 dips, 20 walking lunges, :30s plank

Tuesday, July 13th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the buy-in (any order): 1000 meter run, 100 box step-ups, 50 sit-ups, 25 push-ups. Then in remaining time, AMRAP: 50 meter farmer carry, 25 Russian twists w/ a plate, 15 ground to overhead w/ a plate

Wednesday, July 14th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 42 jump rope, 21 hollow rocks, 42 jump rope, 15 DB hang cleans, 42 jump rope, 9 burpees

Thursday, July 15th – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds): Min 1- 100 meter run, Min 2- :30s max cal ski, Min 3- 10 pull-ups/ring rows

Friday, July 16th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 20 box jumps/step-ups, 15 DB bench press, 10 wall balls. E2MOM perform 3 burpees. Start with 3 burpees.
