TTFIT Workouts 7/13/20 – 7/17/20

Monday, July 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of:  KB swings, Box jumps/step-ups.  Every 2 minutes, run 100 meters.  Start with a 100 meter run.


Tuesday, July 14th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 walking lunges, 15 DB hang cleans, 20 hollow rocks, 15 DB push press

Wednesday, July 15th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 70/50 calorie bike buy-in.  Then in remaining time, AMRAP 5 hand release push-ups, 10 AbMat sit-ups, 15 ground to overhead with a plate.  


Thursday, July 16th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  200 meter run, 30 second plank hold, 10 burpees

Friday, July 17th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  25 KB swings, 25 goblet squats, 25/18 calorie row, 25 pull-ups/ring rows
