TTFIT Workouts 7/19/21 – 7/24/21

Monday, July 19th  – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 30 jump rope, 200 meter run, 20 sit-ups, 10 DB hang power cleans
Tuesday, July 20th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 9-15-21-15-9 of burpees and KB swings.  Between each round, perform a 100 meter run.  Once done with the 100 meter run after the final set of 9, AMRAP in remaining time: 12/8 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks, 12 med ball cleans. 
Wednesday, July 21st – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  24 goblet squats, 12/8 calorie ski, 24 leg raises, 12/8 calorie bike 
Thursday, July 22nd – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 25-20-15-10-5 of box jump/step overs, V-ups, dips, DB push press.  If you make it through the set of 5, start back at 25 and continue until time expires. 
Friday, July 23rd – EMOM x 24:  Minute 1:  14 alternating DB snatch, Minute 2:  100 meter sprint, Minute 3:  30 second plank hold, Minute 4:  40 jump rope
