TTFIT Workouts 7/20/20 -7/24/20

Monday, July 20th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatch, 40 air squats


Tuesday, July 21st – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 400 meter run with a plate.  In remaining time AMRAP:  5 burpees to a plate, 10 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups with a plate, 100 meter run w/ a plate

 
Wednesday, July 22nd – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  200 meter run, 12 KB swings, 24 hollow rocks, 12 dips, 24 box jumps/step-ups


Thursday, July 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 hand release push-ups, 30 second plank hold, 10 shuttle sprints (10 meters each),  200 meter row


Friday, July 24th – With 27 minutes on the clock, perform the following buy-in:  200 jump rope, 30/20 calorie bike, 400 meter run, 25 burpees.  With remaining time, AMRAP:  50 ft walking lunge, 50 ft bear crawl, 15 wall balls, 15 sit-ups
