TTFIT Workouts 7/27/20 – 7/31/20

Monday, July 27th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 100 meter farmer carry (KB), 50 meter sled pull, 25 goblet squats (KB).  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 100 meter farmer carry, 50 meter sled pull, 25 KB swings


Tuesday, July 28th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1 – Max burpees, Min 2 – Max AbMat sit-ups, Min 3 – 100 meter sprint, Min 4 – Rest


Wednesday, July 29th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  20/15 calorie bike, 20 DB hang cleans, 20 hollow rocks, 20 hand release push-ups


Thursday, July 30th – With 18 minutes on the clock, complete 4 rounds of:  9 dips, 9 leg raises, 9 DB shoulder press.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  18 walking lunges, 18 KB swings, 18 goblet squats


Friday, July 31st – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  50 AbMat sit-ups, 100 ft bear crawl, 40 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 100 ft farmer carry, 30 hand release push-ups, 100 jump rope, 20 second plank hold, 100 meter sprint, 10 burpees
