Monday, July 5th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: In a team of 3, with 2 resting and 1 working: 30 KB swings, 30 box jumps/step-ups, 30 air squats, 30 push-ups, 30 burpees, 30 pull-ups, 30 sit-ups, 30 calorie row, 30 jump rope, 30 wall balls, 30 calorie ski, 30 push press

Tuesday, July 6th – E2MOM x 24 (12 rounds): 24 jump rope, 12 alternating one-arm DB snatch, 6 burpees

Wednesday, July 7th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21/15 calorie bike, 15 KB swings, 9 goblet squats. E3MOM hold a 20 second plank. Start the workout with a 20 second plank.

Thursday, July 8th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete 4 rounds of: 100 meter run, 10 push -ups, 15 sit-ups. In remaining time, AMRAP: 250/200 meter row, 10 DB deadlifts, 20 box jumps/step-ups

Friday, July 9th – AMRAP in 10 minutes: 10 shuttle sprints, 20 walking lunges, 30 hollow rocks. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 10 minutes: 10 burpees, 20 sit-ups, 30 jump rope
