TTFIT Workouts 7/6/20 – 7/10/20

Monday, July 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  5 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats, 200 meter run


Tuesday, July 7th – With 17 minutes on the clock, complete a 50/40 calorie row.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  5 burpees to a plate, 10 ground to overhead with a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups w/ a plate

Wednesday, July 8th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 KB swings, 100 meter run, 21 box jumps/step-ups, 100 meter run


Thursday, July 9th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  18 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 18 walking lunges, 18 hollow rocks, 18/14 calorie bike


Friday, July 10th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1 – :30s plank hold, Min 2 – 17/12 calorie row, Min 3 – 40 jump rope, Min 4 – 15 DB push press
