TTFIT Workouts 7/8/19 – 7/12/19

Monday, July 8th – 5 rounds:  3 min AMRAP:   6 shuttle sprints, 8 alternating DB snatch, 10 push-ups, 12 air squats.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  During minute rest, perform 15 sit-ups.

Tuesday, July 9th – With 27 minutes on the clock, complete an 1000 meter run, stopping every 200 meters to perform 10 burpees.  In remaining time, AMRAP 100 meter run, 15 DB push press, 30 Russian twists.

Wednesday, July 10th – EMOM x 21:  Minute 1: 10 med ball cleans, Minute 2:  15 box jumps/step-ups, Minute 3:  20 KB swings

Thursday, July 11th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 15 hollow rocks, 50 jump rope, 15 DB bench press, 50 jump rope, 15 DB deadlifts, 50 jump rope

Friday, July 12th – Partner workout!  With 24 minutes on the clock, partner A performs a 500 meter row, while partner B performs 40 ground to overhead w/ a plate then holds a plank for remainder of time.  Once row is complete, partners switch.  Continued switching back and forth for entire 24 minutes.
