TTFIT Workouts 7/16/18 – 7/20/18

Monday, July 16th – With 23 minutes on the clock, complete three rounds of the following:  15 leg raises, 20 alternating DB snatch.  Once done with the three rounds, begin AMRAP for remaining time of:  10 KB swings, 20 walking lunges, 30 second plank hold.

Tuesday, July 17th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 box jumps/step-ups, 15 calorie row , 9 DB hang cleans

Wednesday, July 18th – With the clock set for 27 minutes, complete the following:  800 meter run, 80 air squats, 600 meter run, 60 sit-ups, 400 meter run, 40 DB push press, 200 meter run, 20 wall balls.  Once done with final wall ball, begin AMRAP for remaining time of:  10 burpees, 10 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks.

Thursday, July 19th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  80 yard shuttle sprints (10 yards out and back, 20 yards out and back, 30 yards out and back, then 40 yards out and back), 60 jump rope, 40 DB deadlift, 20 push-ups

Friday, July 20th – Tabata – 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for four minutes at each of the following stations:  DB bench press, rowing for calories, Russian twists, med ball cleans.
