
01 Jul TTFIT Workouts 7/2/18 – 7/6/18
Monday, July 2nd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 200 meter row, 10 DB hang cleans, 15 dips, 20 air squats
Tuesday, July 3rd – AMRAP in 35 minutes: 800 meter run, 20 DB deadlifts, 20 push-ups, 400 meter run, 50 jump rope, 50 sit-ups
Wednesday, July 4th – No class – Open Gym from 8:00AM-10:30AM!
Thursday, July 5th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete the following in any order: 400 meter run, 300 meter row, 200 meter KB farmers carry, 100 meter walking lunge, 200 meter run w/ a plate, 300 jump rope, 400 meter run backwards. If all are completed before 22:00, AMRAP in remaining time: 10/7 calorie bike, 10 burpees.
Friday, July 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 200 meter row, 20 one arm DB snatch (alternating), 20 hollow rocks, 20 DB bench press
