Monday, July 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 400 meter run, 30 DB snatches, 200 meter run, 20 sit-ups, 100 meter run, 10 burpees
Tuesday, July 24th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 9-15-21-15-9 of wall balls, walking lunges, DB bench press. Between each round, perform 100 jump rope. If you complete the 100 jump rope after the final set of 9 and time remains on the clock, AMRAP in remaining time: 8 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks, 12 med ball cleans.
Wednesday, July 25th – AMRAP in 24 minutes: 500 meter row, 50 KB swings, 400 meter row, 40 DB deadlifts, 300 meter row, 30 leg raises, 200 meter row, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 100 meter row, 10 burpees to a plate.
Thursday, July 26th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 25-20-15-10-5 of box jump/step overs, V-ups, dips, DB push press. If you make it through the set of 5, start back at 25 and continue until time expires.
Friday, July 27th – EMOM x 24: Minute 1: 20 DB hang cleans, Minute 2: 100 meter sprint, Minute 3: 30 second plank hold
