TTFIT Workouts 7/25/16 – 7/29/16

Monday, July 25th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  10 burpees, 12 DB hang cleans, 14 push-ups, 16 DB thrusters, 18 walking lunges, 20 sit-ups
Tuesday, July 26th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 9-15-21-15-9 of wall balls, box jumps/step-ups, DB bench press.  Between each round, perform 100 jump rope.  If you complete the 100 jump rope after the final set of 9 and time remains on the clock, AMRAP in remaining time: 8 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks, 12 med ball cleans.
Wednesday, July 27th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  500 meter row, 50 KB swings, 400 meter row, 40 DB deadlifts, 300 meter row, 30 leg raises, 200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatch, 100 meter row, 10 burpees to a plate.
Thursday, July 28th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 25-20-15-10-5 of box jump/step overs, V-ups, dips, DB push press.  If you make it through the set of 5, start back at 25 and continue until time expires.
Friday, July 29th – EMOM x 24:  Minute 1:  20 ground to overhead with a plate, Minute 2:  100 meter sprint, Minute 3:  30 second plank hold
