TTFIT Workouts 7/5/16 – 7/8/16

Tuesday, July 5th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 push-ups, 10 dips, 200 meter run, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 20 walking lunges

Wednesday, July 6th – EMOM x 24:  Minute 1:  15 DB push press, Minute 2:  20 sit-ups, Minute 3:  100 meter sprint, Minute 4:  15 KB swings

Thursday, July 7th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  50 jump rope, 15 DB hang squat cleans, 15 burpees, 50 jump rope.  Rest 3 minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minutes: 35 jump rope, 10 DB hang squat cleans, 10 burpees, 35 jump rope

Friday, July 8th – AMRAP Friday Chipper!  With 28 minutes on the clock, move through the following:  28 calorie row, 28 alternating DB snatch, 28 walking lunges, 28 leg raises, 28 DB bench press, 28 jumping squats, 28 hollow rocks, 28 DB deadlifts, 28 wall balls, 28 second plank hold.  If you make it through all exercises, start back at the beginning and keep working until time expires.
