TTFIT Workouts 7/9/18 – 7/13/18

Monday, July 9th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 150 wall balls.  Stop every 25 reps to perform 20 AbMat sit-ups.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  10 med ball cleans, 15 leg raises, 10 hand release push-ups
Tuesday, July 10th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete an 1000 meter run, stopping every 200 meters to perform 10 burpees.  In remaining time, AMRAP 100 meter run, 15 DB push press, 20 Russian twists, 25 box jumps/step-ups.
Wednesday, July 11th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 15 hollow rocks, 50 jump rope, 15 DB bench press, 50 jump rope, 15 DB deadlifts, 50 jump rope
Thursday, July 12th – Partner workout!  With 24 minutes on the clock, partner A performs a 500 meter row, while partner B performs 40 ground to overhead w/ a plate then holds a plank for remainder of time.  Once row is complete, partners switch.  Continue switching back and forth for entire 24 minutes.
Friday, July 13th – 5 rounds:  3 min AMRAP:   6 shuttle sprints, 8 alternating DB snatch, 10 push-ups, 12 air squats.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  During minute rest, perform 15 sit-ups.
