TTFIT Workouts 8/10/20 – 8/14/20

Monday, August 10th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:  DB hang cleans, sit-ups, burpees.  After finishing the round of 1, AMRAP in remaining time:  100 meter run, 15 DB floor press, :30s plank hold


Tuesday, August 11th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  20 DB deadlifts, 10 walking lunges, 20 hollow rocks, 10 box jumps/step-ups.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  14 DB deadlifts, 7 walking lunges, 14 hollow rocks, 7 box jumps/step-ups


Wednesday, August 12th – EMOM x 28 (7 rounds):  Min 1:  100 meter sprint, Min 2:  13/8 calorie bike, Min 3:  25 AbMat sit-ups, Min 4:  25 ground to overhead w/ a plate


Thursday, August 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 30 alternating DB snatches, :30s plank hold, 100 meter run, 15 goblet squats, 15 leg raises

Friday, August 14th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete a 1200/1000 meter row.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  20 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups w/ a plate, 10 burpees to a plate
