TTFIT Workouts 8/17/20 – 8/21/20

Monday, August 17th – E5MOM x 5 rounds:  200 meter sandbell/wreck bag run, 20 sandbell/wreck bag squats, 100 meter one-arm KB farmer carry, 10 KB suitcase deadlifts each side.  In remaining time, max AbMat sit-ups.


Tuesday, August 18th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  35 DB hang cleans, 25 box jumps/step-ups, 15 hollow rocks.  Every 2 minutes, run 100 meters.  Start the workout with a 100 meter run.   

Wednesday, August 19th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 7 lateral burpees over the rower, 14 hand release push-ups, 21 leg raises.


Thursday, August 20th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  100 meter DB farmer carry, 200 meter run, 30 second plank hold.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  50 meter walking lunge, 100 meter backwards run, 15 second hollow hold


Friday, August 21st – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  20/15 calorie Assault bike, 20 alternating DB snatch, 50 ft lunge walk w/ single DB, 20 weighted sit-ups w/ a single DB.
