Monday, August 19th – EMOM x 14 min (7 rounds):  Min 1- 100 meter run, Min 2- :30s plank.  Rest 1 minute.  EMOM x 14 min (7 rounds):  Min 1- 12/9 calorie bike, Min 2- :30s sit-ups

Tuesday, August 20th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  15 hollow rocks, 12 DB push press, 9 burpees, 12 DB hang cleans, 15 hand release push-ups
Wednesday, August 21st – E3MOM x 7 rounds (21 minutes):  200 meter sprint, 12 box jumps/step-ups, 12 KB swings
Thursday, August 22nd – AMRAP In 25 minutes:  250 meter row, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 15 leg raises, 10 walking lunges, 5 burpees to a plate
Friday, August 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 jump rope, 21 push-ups, 21 sit-ups, 21 air squats, 75 jump rope, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 15 air squats, 50 jump rope, 9 push-ups, 9 sit-ups, 9 air squats
