TTFIT Workouts 8/2/21 – 8/6/21

Monday, August 2nd – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 7 burpees, 14 DB hang cleans, 21 sit-ups. E3MOM run 100 meters. Start with a 100 meter run.

Tuesday, August 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: :30s plank hold, 15 goblet squats, 12 KB swings, 9 shuttle runs

Wednesday, August 4th – EMOM x 20: Min 1- 12/8 calorie ski, Min 2- 20 sit-ups, Min 3- 12 DB hang power cleans, Min 4- 8 burpees

Thursday, August 5th – AMRAP in 25 minutes: 200 meter run, 50 meter DB farmer’s carry, 15 dips, 15 leg raises

Friday, August 6th –  AMRAP in 20 minutes: 5 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 wall balls, 15/10 calorie row
