TTFIT Workouts 8/24/20 – 8/28/20

Monday, August 24th – E4MOM x 6 rounds (24 min):  9/6 calorie bike, 30 walking lunges, 20 jumping squats.  In the remaining time, max hand release push-ups.

Tuesday, August 25th – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  19/14 calorie row, 19 DB deadlifts, 19 box jumps, 19 hollow rocks


Wednesday, August 26th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 1000 meter run.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  5 burpees, 10 leg raises, 15 DB push press, 100 meter sprint


Thursday, August 27th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  100 ft bear crawl, 15 sit-ups,100 ft walking lunge, 15 sit-ups, 100 jump rope, 15 sit-ups, 100 meter sprint, 15 sit-ups


Friday, August 28th – EMOM x 5 minutes:  10 burpees.  Rest 1 min.  EMOM x 5 minutes:  15/10 calorie row.  Rest 1 min.  EMOM x 5 minutes:  :30s plank hold.  Rest 1 min.  EMOM x 5 minutes:  25 air squats
