TTFIT Workouts 8/26/19 – 8/30/19

Monday, August 26th – With 26 minutes on the clock, accumulate in any order:  100 wall balls, 150 sit-ups, 200 jump rope.  *Every 2:00, row 200/150.  Start the workout with a row.  If time remains after reps are completed, row for max meters in remaining time.

Tuesday, August 27th – Every 90 seconds for 30 minutes (5 sets) of:  Station 1- 15/10 calorie bike, Station 2- 8 burpee box jump overs, Station 3- 100 meter run, Station 4- 24 walking lunges
Wednesday, August 28th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 pull-ups/ring rows, 12 burpees, 10 shuttle sprints (10 meters), 12 hollow rocks
Thursday, August 29th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete three rounds of:  200 meter run forward, 100 meter run backward, 50 meter farmers carry.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  30 second plank hold, 20 alternating DB snatch, 10 burpees to a plate 
Friday, August 30th – AMRAP in 7 minutes:  15/10 calorie Ski Erg, 15 push-ups, 15 DB hang cleans.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  15/10 calorie row, 15 leg raises, 15 DB push press.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  15/10 calorie bike, 15 KB swings, 15 dips
