TTFIT Workouts 8/3/20 – 8/7/20

Monday, August 3rd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 4 rounds of:  20 meter broad jump, 100 meter sprint, 20 meter DB lunge, 100 meter sprint.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  30 one-arm DB hang cleans (15 each arm), 20 box jumps/step-ups, 30 DB sit-ups, 20 one-arm DB push press (10 per arm)

Tuesday, August 4th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 hand release push-ups, 15 DB floor press, 10 pull-ups/ring rows

Wednesday, August 5th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  500/400 meter row, 21 DB deadlifts, 15 hollow rocks, 9 lateral burpees over the DB


Thursday, August 6th – With 20 minutes on the clock, accumulate 30/20 calories on the bike, 40 AbMat sit-ups, and 50 air squats.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  8 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 16 walking lunges, 24 second plank hold.

Friday, August 7th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1- 20 KB swings, Min 2- accumulate 30 seconds of hang from pull-up bar, Min 3- 10 burpees to a plate, Min 4- 20 weighted sit-ups w/ a plate
