TTFIT Workouts 8/30/21 – 9/3/21

Monday, August 30th – With 25:00 on the clock, complete the buy-in in any order: 1000 meter run, 50 jump rope, 100 sit-ups. In remaining time, AMRAP: :30s plank hold, 15 DB deadlifts, 10 DB hang cleans, 5 DB push press

Tuesday, August 31st – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 27 hollow rocks, 21 KB swings, 15 goblet squats, 9 burpees

Wednesday, September 1st – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 250/200 meter row, 50 meter farmer carry, 100 meter sprint, 15 leg raises

Thursday, September 2nd – AMRAP in 24 minutes: 24 box jumps/step-ups, 12 hand release push-ups, 24 sit-ups, 12 KB swings. E2MOM, run 50 meters w/ a med ball. Start with a med ball run.

Friday, September 3rd – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds): Min 1- 14 alternating DB snatch, Min 2- 12/7 calorie bike, Min 3- :30s plank hold
