TTFIT Workouts 8/31/20 -9/4/20

Monday, August 31st – 5 rounds of the following (30 min):  1:00 DB thrusters, :30s rest, 1:00 jump rope, :30s rest, 1:00 bike for calories, :30s rest, 1:00 burpees to a plate, :30s rest.


Tuesday, September 1st – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 27-21-15-9 of the following:  DB hang cleans, leg raises, box jumps/step-ups.  Every 2:00, run 100 meters.  Start with a run.  If you complete the set of 9, start over at 27 and continue working until the clock hits 20:00.  


Wednesday, September 2nd – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 100 meter farmers carry, 25 sit-ups, 25 DB front squats


Thursday, September 3rd – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  10 shuttle runs, 20 alternating DB snatch, 10 burpees, 20 walking lunges with one DB


Friday, September 4th – EMOM x 24:  Min 1:  100 meter sprint, Min 2: 15 pull-ups/ring rows, Min 3:  100 meter sprint, Min 4: 40 jump rope
