TTFIT Workouts 8/5/19 – 8/9/19

Monday, August 5th – MRAP in 30 minutes:  Buy-in, complete in any order:  50/30 calorie bike, 800 meter run, 300 jump rope, 100 push-ups.  Then AMRAP in remaining time:  10 DB deadlifts, 8 DB hang cleans, 6 DB push press, 20 AbMat sit-ups

Tuesday, August 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  50 meter farmers carry, 10 – 10 meter shuttle sprints, 10 box jumps/step-ups
Wednesday, August 7th – E3MOM x 7 (21 minutes):  200 meter run, 20 walking lunges, 15 hollow rocks, 10 KB swings
Thursday, August 8th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  5 burpees, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 20 jumping squats, 40 jump rope.  Every 2 minutes, sprint 100 meters.  Begin with the 100 meter sprint.
Friday, August 9th – Four rounds of :45s work and :15s rest/rotate for max reps at the following stations (20 minutes):  Alternating DB snatch, sit-ups, calorie row, wall balls, plank hold.
