TTFIT Workouts 8/6/18 – 8/10/18

Monday, August 6th – AMRAP in 15 minutes:  15/10 calorie row, 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups.  Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 15 minutes: 100 meter run, 10 hollow rocks, 10 DB bench press
Tuesday, August 7th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  3 ground to overhead with a plate, 3 shuttle sprints, 25 jump rope, 6 ground to overhead with a  plate, 6 shuttle sprints, 25 jump rope, 9 ground to overhead with a plate, 9 shuttle sprints, 25 jump rope, 12, 12, 25, and so on…
Wednesday, August 8th – AMRAP in 28 minutes:  500 meter row, 9 burpees over the rower, 15 med ball cleans, 21 leg raises
Thursday, August 9th – From 0:00-4:00, run 400 meters and complete 20 DB thrusters.   From 4:00-8:00, bike 25/20 calories and complete 20 wall balls.  From 8:00-12:00, row 30/25 calories and complete 20 ground to overhead with a plate.  Repeat each segment at 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00, for a 24-minute total workout
Friday, August 10th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  10 burpees, 20 DB hang cleans, 30 jump rope, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 20 DB push press, 30 walking lunges
