TTFIT Workouts 8/9/21 – 8/13/21

Monday, August 9th – EMOM x 21 minutes (7 rounds): Min 1- 100 meter run, row, or ski, Min 2- :30s max DB floor press, Min 3- 10 alternating DB front rack reverse lunges

Tuesday, August 10th – With 27 minutes on the clock, 30-25-20-15-10-5 hand release push-ups, sit-ups, KB swings. E3MOM bike 300/250 meters. 

Wednesday, August 11th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 200/150 meter ski, 21 hollow rocks, 21 wall balls, 21 DB deadlifts

Thursday, August 12th –  EMOM x 24 (6 rounds): Min 1- 200/150 meter row, Min 2- 15 DB hang cleans, Min 3- 15 box jumps/step-ups, Min 4- :20s plank hold

Friday, August 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 shuttle runs, 20 DB push press, 10 burpees, 20 leg raises
