TTFIT Workouts – 8/1/16 – 8/5/16

Monday, August 1st – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 12 ground to overhead with a plate, 12 push-ups, 12 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes: 100 meter run, 8 ground to overhead with a plate, 8 push-ups, 8 hollow rocks.
Tuesday, August 2nd – With a clock set for 24 minutes, complete a 1000 meter row.  Every 250 meters, stop and perform 5 burpees over the rower.  Then complete 300 jump rope.  Every 50 jump rope, stop and hold a 30 second plank.  Once done with row and jump rope, begin AMRAP in remaining time of:  10 DB hang cleans, 15 sit-ups, 20 walking lunges. 
Wednesday, August 3rd – EMOM x 20:  Minute 1:  20 KB swings, Minute 2:  15 dips, Minute 3:  20 jumping squats, Minute 4:  15 leg raises
Thursday, August 4th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  400 meter run, 400 meter row, 10 burpees to a plate, 200 meter run, 200 meter row, 5 burpees to a plate. 
Friday, August 5th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  2 shuttle sprints, 2 med ball cleans, 2 sit-ups, 4 shuttle sprints, 4 med ball cleans, 4 sit-ups, 6 shuttle sprints, 6 med ball cleans, 6 sit-ups, 8, 8, 8, and so on…
