TTFIT Workouts 8/13/18 – 8/17/18

Monday, August 13th  –  AMRAP in 20 minutes:  15 DB hang squat cleans, 20 leg raises, 25 jump rope, 250 meter row
Tuesday, August 14th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete the following:  21-15-9 ground to overhead w/ a plate, sit-ups, ring rows/pull-ups.  In between each round, complete a 20/15 calorie bike and a 50 meter farmers carry.  Once finished with the farmers carry after the round of 9, start back at 21 and continue working until time expires
Wednesday, August 15th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  30 hollow rocks, 30 dips, 30 DB deadlifts, 30 hand-release push-ups, 200 meter run
Thursday, August 16th – AMRAP in 27 minutes:  1000 meter row, 50 walking lunges, 50 box jumps/step-ups, 750 meter row, 40 KB swings, 40 sit-ups, 500 meter row, 30 second plank hold, 30 one-arm DB snatch, 250 meter row, 20 ring rows, 20 DB bench press
Friday, August 17th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 30-20-10 of calorie row and DB thrusters.  Every 2 minutes on the clock, complete 5 burpees.  Start the workout with 5 burpees.  If you complete before time expires, AMRAP in remaining time of 8 shuttle sprints, 16 leg raises, 32 jump rope.
