TTFIT Workouts 8/14/17 – 8/18/17

Monday, August 14th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  13 push-ups, 23 lateral hops, 13 DB push press, 23 air squats

Tuesday, August 15th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  10 DB hang squat cleans, 10 calorie row, 10 hollow rocks, 10 walking lunges.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 DB hang squat cleans, 8 calorie row, 8 hollow rocks, 8 walking lunges. 

Wednesday, August 16th  – E3MOM:  Run 200 meters then max reps.  Round 1 – burpees, Round 2 – ground to overhead w/ a plate, Round 3 – sit-ups, Round 4 – box jumps/step-ups.  Then repeat all four rounds for a total workout time of 24 minutes. 

Thursday, August 17th – With 25 minutes on the clock, begin by performing 60 med ball cleans.  Every 10 med ball cleans, stop and hold a 30 second plank.  Once done with final plank hold, perform 300 jump rope.  Every 50 jump rope reps, stop and run 10 shuttle sprints (10 meters each).  Once done with final shuttle sprint, begin AMRAP in remaining time of:  5 calorie bike, 10 KB swings, 15 leg raises, 20 jumping squats. 
Friday, August 18th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  20 second handstand hold, 18 sit-ups, 16 walking lunges, 14 dips, 12 DB thrusters, 10 push-ups , 8 mountain climbers, 6 calorie row, 4 ring rows/pull-ups, 2 burpees
