TTFIT Workouts 8/21/17 – 8/25/17

Monday, August 21st – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  100 jump rope, 200 meter run, 300 meter row, 10 burpees, 20 KB swings, 30 air squats
Tuesday, August 22nd – E3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  15/10 calorie bike, 10 DB push press, 20 sit-ups. 
Wednesday, August 23rd – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete the following:  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 wall balls and one-arm alternating DB snatch.  Once finished with this couplet, begin 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of hollow rocks and DB hang squat cleans.  If you finish second couplet, start back on first one and work until the clock hits 20:00. 
Thursday, August 24th – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 box jumps/step-ups, 8 pull-ups/ring rows, 8 burpees to a plate.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  7 DB bench press, 7 leg raises, 7 shuttle sprints.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 6 minutes:  6 push-ups, 6 walking lunges, 6 ground to overhead with a plate
Friday, August 25th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  30 calorie row, 25 DB deadlifts, 30 second plank hold, 25 calorie bike, 30 sit-ups, 25 jumping squats
