TTFIT Workouts 8/22/16 – 8/26/16

Monday, August 22nd – EMOM for 15 minutes:  Min 1:  20 meter shuttle sprint, 40 meter shuttle sprint, 1 jumping squat  Min 2:
20 meter shuttle sprint, 40 meter shuttle sprint, 2 jumping squats, And so on…add one jumping squat each minute.  Rest 3 min, then alternating tabata plank holds and mountain climbers (8 min total)

Tuesday, August 23rd – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete the following in any order:
-1000 meter row, stopping every 200 meters to perform 15 WBs.
-200 jump rope, stopping every 40 jump rope reps to perform 15 sit-ups.
-100 DB push press, stopping every 20 push press to perform 7 burpees
-30 calorie bike, stopping every 10 calories to perform 20 second plank hold
If athlete makes it through with time remaining, he/she repeats the first set of movements and continues working back through the workout until time expires.

Wednesday, August 24th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  12 DB deadlifts, 12 box jumps/step-ups, 12 leg raises, 100 meter sprint.  Rest 3 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 deadlifts, 8 box jumps/step-ups, 8 leg raises, 100 meter sprint

Thursday, August 25th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  10 KB swings, 10 walking lunges, 10 hollow rocks, 10 push-ups, 10 ground to overhead with a plate

Friday, August 26th – Tabata – 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest at the following stations:  DB hang squat cleans, burpees, V-ups, mountain climbers, calorie bike.  Four minutes at each station prior to rotating.  20 minute workout.
