TTFIT Workouts 8/28/17 – 9/1/17

Monday, August 28th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete an 800 meter run.  Once back from the run, AMRAP in remaining time:  10 pull-ups/ring rows, 20 DB deadlifts, 30 sit-ups, 40 jump rope
Tuesday, August 29thWith a clock set for 24 minutes, work through 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:  ground to overhead with a plate, walking lunges, calorie row.  Once finished with the set of 3, begin AMRAP in remaining time of:  15/10 calorie bike, 15 hollow rocks.
Wednesday, August 30thTabata – 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8 rounds (4 minutes), at each of the following stations:  KB swings, shuttle sprints, box jumps/step-ups, burpees, and plank holds.  Total time for this workout is 20 minutes.
Thursday, August 31stE3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  Round 1:  200 meter run, 10 push-ups, then max air squats.  Round 2:  200 meter run, 10 push-ups, then max DB push press.  Round 3:  200 meter run, 10 push-ups, then max leg raises.  Round 4:  200 meter run, 10 push-ups, then max calorie bike.  Repeat all four rounds in order, for a total of eight rounds.
Friday, September 1stAMRAP in 25 minutes:  600 meter row, 60 jump rope, 400 meter row, 40 sit-ups, 200 meter row, 20 wall balls
