TTFIT Workouts 9/14/20 – 9/18/20

Monday, September 14th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  14/10 calorie bike, 14 burpees, 14 pull-ups/ring rows, 14 hollow rocks. Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  7/4 calorie bike, 7 burpees, 7 pull-ups/ring rows, 7 hollow rocks.


Tuesday, September 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 100 meter DB farmers carry, 20 DB deadlifts, 100 meter run w/ a medball, 10 med ball cleans


Wednesday, September 16th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1:  14/10 calorie row, Min 2:  40 jump rope, Min 3:  100 meter run, Min 4:  20 sit-ups


Thursday, September 17th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 hand release push-ups, 28 leg raises, 21 alternating DB snatch, 28 box jumps/step-ups.  Every 90 seconds, perform 7 jumping squats.  Start with 7 jumping squats. 


Friday, September 18th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  500/400 meter row, 30 second plank hold, 50 ft walking lunge, 50 ft bear crawl, 10 shuttle runs (25 ft each).
