TTFIT Workouts 9/2/19 – 9/6/19

Monday, September 2nd – With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:  5 hand release push-ups, 7 DB hang cleans, 9 burpees to a plate, 11 step-ups/box jumps.  If competing alone, perform equal work/rest time.

Tuesday, September 3rd – With 27 minutes of the clock, 1000 meter row or run buy-in, then AMRAP:  100 meter farmers carry, 21 hollow rocks, 14 DB deadlifts, 7 burpees
Wednesday, September 4th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  50 air squats, 100 meter run, 40 air squats, 100 meter run, 30 air squats, 100 meter run, 30 sit-ups, 100 meter run, 40 sit-ups, 100 meter run, 50 sit-ups, 100 meter run.  
Thursday, September 5th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  12 DB push press, 12 leg raises, 12 DB bench press, 12 walking lunges.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 9 minutes:  9 burpees, 9 DB hang cleans, 9 calorie row, 9 box jumps/step-ups.
Friday, September 6th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 jump rope, 50 ft bear crawl, 200 meter run, 30 second plank hold, 30/20 calorie bike
