TTFIT Workouts 9/21/20 – 9/25/20

Monday, September 21st – E2MOM x 6 rounds (12 minutes):  6 toes to bar/hanging knee raises, 15/10 calorie row.  In the remaining time, hold a plank.  Rest 2 minutes.  E2MOM x 6 rounds (12 minutes):  6 pull-ups/ring rows, 15/10 calorie row.  In the remaining time, max hand release push-ups.


Tuesday, September 22nd – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  30 jump rope, 20 DB deadlifts, 10 lateral burpees over a DB.  E2MOM complete 15 sit-ups.  Start the workout with 15 sit-ups.  


Wednesday, September 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 100 meter run w/ a medball, 15 wall balls, 15 hollow rocks


Thursday, September 24th – With 30 minutes on the clock, complete a 2000 meter row.  Every 500 meters, stop and perform 12 alternating DB snatches and 12 box jumps.  Once done with the final set of snatches and box jumps, AMRAP in the remaining time of 5 hand release push-ups, 10 walking lunges, 15 KB swings, 20 second plank hold


Friday, September 25th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 100 meter farmers carry, 10 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 100 meter run backwards, 10 shuttle runs, 100 jump rope, 10 shuttle runs, 100 meter overhead plate carry
