TTFIT Workouts 9/23/19 – 9/27/19

Monday, September 23rd  – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 DB hang cleans, 20 sit-ups, 20 jump rope.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 6 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 10 box jumps/step-ups
Tuesday, September 24th –  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  14 calorie row, 14 dips, 14 med ball cleans, 14 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 calorie row, 10 dips, 10 med ball cleans, 10 hollow rocks.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 3 minutes:  6 calorie row, 6 dips, 6 med ball cleans, 6 hollow rocks.
Wednesday, September 25th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  27/21 calorie bike, 21 sit-ups, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 burpees
Thursday, September 26th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete an 800 meter run, 80 jump rope, 40 ground to overhead with a plate, 400 meter run, 40 jump rope, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 200 meter run, 20 jump rope, 10 ground to overhead with a plate.  In remaining time, AMRAP: 100 meter run, 10 push-ups, 20 walking lunges.
Friday, September 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250 meter row, 25 sit-ups, 20 DB thrusters, 15 burpees
