TTFIT Workouts 9/30/19 – 10/4/19

Monday, September 30th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatch, 20 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 shuttle sprints (10 meters)

Tuesday, October 1st – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  200 meter run, 9 DB deadlifts, 6 burpees, 6 pull-ups/ring rows
Wednesday, October 2nd – With 24 minutes on the clock, athlete should complete 150 jump rope, 800 meter run, and 40/30 calorie bike.  Then in remaining time, AMRAP:  10 hollow rocks, 15 KB swings, 100 meter sprint.
Thursday, October 3rd – AMRAP in 28 minutes:  28 walking lunges, 14 DB floor press, 28 second plank hold, 14 push-ups, 28/21 calorie row
Friday, October 4th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  With a partner, alternate rounds of the following:  10 DB hang cleans, 6 burpees to a plate, 200/150 meter row
