Monday, September 7th – Open gym – Happy Labor Day!


Tuesday, September 8th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 21 DB deadlifts, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 burpees


Wednesday, September 9th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a buy-in of 60/40 calorie bike calories and 100 air squats. With remaining time, AMRAP:  10 hand release push-ups, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, :30s plank hold.  


Thursday, September 10th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds): Min 1:  100 meter sprint, Min 2: 21 DB push presses, Min 3:  15 DB front squats , Min 4:  9 burpees


Friday, September 11th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  400 meter run, 11 box jumps/step-ups, 11 DB thrusters, 11 pull-ups/ring rows, 11 DB hang cleans, 11 hand release push-ups, 11 KB swings, 11 leg raises, 11 DB deadlifts, 11 DB push jerks, 500 meter row
