TTFIT Workouts 9/10/18 – 9/14/18

Monday, September 10th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 DB thrusters, 200 meter row, 20 sit-ups, 200 meter run, 20 sit-ups, 100 meter row, 10 DB thrusters
Tuesday, September 11th – “TTFIT Version of 9/11 Tribute WOD”  AMRAP in 30 minutes:  11 box jumps/step-ups, 11 DB thrusters, 11 ring rows/pull-ups, 11 DB hang power cleans, 11 hand release push-ups, 11 KB swings, 11 leg raises, 11 DB deadlifts, 11 DB push press
Wednesday, September 12th –  With 24 minutes on the clock, complete 40/25 calories on the bike, 300 jump rope, and 1000/800 meter row (in any order).  Once done with the buy-in, AMRAP in remaining time of:  5 burpees to a plate, 10 ground to overhead with a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups with a plate
Thursday, September 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  8 shuttle sprints, 12 alternating one-arm DB snatch, 16 hollow rocks, 20 KB swings
Friday, September 14th – 20 DB bench press, 40 jump rope, 20 second plank hold, 40 jump rope, 20 sit-ups, 40 jump rope, 20 jumping squats, 40 jump rope
