TTFIT Workouts 9/17/18 – 9/21/18

Monday, September 17th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 push-ups, 20 wall balls, 30 sit-ups, 20 DB snatch, 10 dips
Tuesday, September 18th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  21 calorie bike, 18 DB deadlifts, 15 KB swings, 12 hollow rocks, 9 box jumps/step-ups, 6 burpees, 3 pull-ups/ring rows
Wednesday, September 19th – With 22 minutes on the clock, run 1000 meters (200 x 5) and after each 200 meter run, stop and do 25 air squats.  Once done with the final set of air squats, AMRAP in remaining time:  100 meter DB farmers carry, 15 DB push press, 100 meter run backwards, 15 DB hang cleans, 100 meter run
Thursday, September 20th – E3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  Row 250/200 meters, 30 second plank hold, 10 burpees to a plate
Friday, September 21st – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 hand release push-ups, 10 leg raises, 50 jump rope, 10 walking lunges, 10 box jumps/step-ups
