TTFIT Workouts 9/25/17 – 9/29/17

Monday, September 25th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250 meter row, 25 sit-ups, 20 DB thrusters, 15 burpees
Tuesday, September 26th –  EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Minute 1:  Alternating one-arm DB snatch for max reps, Minute 2:  Leg raises for max reps, Minute 3:  Jump rope for max reps, Minute 4:  Rest
Wednesday, September 27th – AMRAP in 7 minutes:  14 calorie row, 14 dips, 14 med ball cleans, 14 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 calorie row, 10 dips, 10 med ball cleans, 10 hollow rocks.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 3 minutes:  6 calorie row, 6 dips, 6 med ball cleans, 6 hollow rocks.
Thursday, September 28th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 21 sit-ups, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 burpees
Friday, September 29th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete an 800 meter run, 80 jump rope, 40 ground to overhead with a plate, 400 meter run, 40 jump rope, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 200 meter run, 20 jump rope, 10 ground to overhead with a plate.  In remaining time, AMRAP: 100 meter run, 10 push-ups, 20 walking lunges.
