TTFIT Workouts 9/5/17 – 9/8/17

Tuesday, September 5th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds:  20 alt DB snatch, 30 sit-ups, then 3 rounds:  20 calorie row, 30 box jumps/step-ups.  Finally, max calorie bike in remaining time (every 90 seconds, stop and hold a 30 second plank).
Wednesday, September 6th – With a continuously running clock, begin a new round every 3 minutes until you complete 10 rounds of:  200 meter run, 10 burpees.
Thursday, September 7th – With 24 minutes on the clock, work for 40 seconds, then 20 seconds to rest/rotate to the next station at each of the following:  DB push press, hollow rocks, DB bench press, jumping squats, ground to overhead w/ a plate, jump rope.  Rotate through each station four times. 
Friday, September 8th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  15 KB swings, 12 push-ups, 9 calorie bike, 6 shuttle sprints
